We, at Adapt, are excited to welcome Anne Hewitt, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, to our team. Anne's educational journey includes a Master's in Nursing from SUNY Upstate Medical University and an Associate's degree in Nursing from Tompkins Cortland Community College. With over five years of experience in mental health, Anne is well-versed in managing a diverse caseload, emphasizing patient-centered care across various settings from community health to acute hospital environments.

Anne brings a personal understanding of mental health challenges, combining her clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to care. Specializing in Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and ADHD, Anne focuses predominantly on medication management but maintains a holistic view of patient care. Her philosophy is built on creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, seen, and supported—a perfect match for Adapt Psychiatry's mission of providing accessible, comprehensive mental health services.
